Registering a New Team
Team captains who want register a new team in the
CCR should contact meet organizer Geoff
Lane or MWCAA President Joe
Baldwin.
Teams are registered into one of three divisions based on the number
of employees that their company has located in Southeast Michigan (Division
1: over 10,000; Division 2: 1,000 - 10,000; Division 3: under 1000).
Note: Each member of your
team will need to sign a runner's release form. Click here to
get it (in PDF format).
Joining an Existing Team
If your company already has a team and you want to sign up for it,
contact your team's
captain for information. In addition, some teams have set up Web
sites to enable team members to register on-line; links to those sites
are included with team
contacts.
CCR Fees

- A Team: $330
- This includes unlimited 10k/5k/walk
entries
- B/C/D/etc. Team: $20 per entered
relay team event up to a max of $100 (once you have 5 relay
event teams entered you can enter an unlimited amount of
relay events without any more fees)
- No Extra charges for 10k/5k/walk
entries
- Tent Fees will be per person (See
below)

Team: $200 total team fee (Includes entries in all relays)
- $100
for first year teams
- This
includes ulimited 5K Run
entries
- B/C/D/etc.
Team: $20 per entered relay
team event up to a max of $100 (once you have 5 relay
event teams entered you can enter an unlimited amount
of relay events without any more fees)
- No
Extra Charges for 5K entries
- Tent
Fees will be per person (See Below)

Tent Fees |
- A
team $10 per person with a max of $150 for the whole
team
- No
fees for B & C team entries
- No
tent fees

The
total price of the tents will be divided by the total number
of Div I & Div II participants to come up with a per
person tent fee.
Then
each Div I & Div II will be charged a fee based on
how many participants they have.
In
past years this fee has typically been between $3 & $4
per person.
Div
III teams will not be charged tent fees.
